How our support service works
You can submit queries to us on email and we’ll reply by email, although we may also call you to gather more information or to discuss your query further. All queries will be answered within five working days although we will always aim for sooner.
Our support charges start from £125+ VAT for a single query which will cover up to 30 minutes of support.
Charges for more complex areas will be discussed with you beforehand.
